Your new landlord will receive an invitation link to the email you put for them. Once you click this button a new application will be created, and you will need to fill out the information for your new landlord. Only households who have not previously received up to $15,000 or 12 months of rental assistance from UniteCT may qualify for Recertifications. UniteCT allows tenants to Recertify, which means they can apply for an additional 3 months of additional rental assistance.
